Are you looking for a new challenge in 2025? Do you have property management experience and are looking for a very interesting part-time opportunity? We are recruiting for a new post, a Premises Manager, to oversee the maintenance of our two churches in Islington (St Andrew's Thornhill Square and Church on the Corner). It comes at an exciting time. St Andrew’s is planning a major restoration and renewal project. You will be a team player and enjoy working with clergy, staff, volunteers, architects and contractors in a church setting.

Our ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, maintenance planning and procurement skills, IT skills, and a “can do” attitude. They will thrive working with and contributing to a friendly team of staff and volunteers.
Salary : £28k pro rata (£11,200k per annum for 14 hours)
